John E. Flynn, President and CEO
Before founding World Star, Flynn, was President of Triton Aviation Services Limited for seven years, and prior to that, Executive Vice President of Marketing for GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS). Earlier executive experience included positions as Senior Vice President of Marketing at GECAS; Vice President of North America and Vice President of Cargo for Polaris Aircraft Leasing Corporation; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for American President Companies, Ltd; and President of the Flying Tiger Line Inc. |

Sean M. O'Connor, Vice President and COO
O'Connor was Vice President of Aircraft Marketing at Triton for five years before assuming similar responsibilities at World Star. Before joining Triton as Director of Marketing in 1997, O'Connor was Vice President, Aircraft Marketing, North America for GECAS and earlier, Manager, Aircraft Marketing for Polaris Aircraft Leasing Corporation. |

Garreth T. Slevin, Vice President and CFO
Before assuming finance responsibilities at World Star, Slevin was Director of Finance at Triton Aviation Services, responsible for managing treasury activities, and earlier served as Manager of Finance and Senior Accountant. Prior experience included several accounting positions with Triton Container International Limited and Ericsson Systems Expertise in Ireland. |

Tommy Guttman, Vice President
Prior to joining World Star Aviation Tommy was employed by the US Naval Air Force and the Israeli Aircraft Industries in various aerospace engineering and developmental projects. For the past ten years he was mainly involved in the marketing, development and deployment of the various conversion programs that IAI developed: B737-300, B767-200/300 and the B747-400. During the past five years Tommy has founded and managed an IAI's subsidiary that specialized in providing total maintenance solutions and "leased maintenance" to various airlines. Recently, Tommy was also appointed the Chairman of the IAI's Conversions Marketing and Development Board. Mr. Guttman received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from City College of New York, where he specialized in aeronautics and controlled vibration systems. |

Richard L. Zimmerman,
Director of Technical Services
Zimmerman has over 40 years experience in aircraft maintenance. Before joining World Star, he was responsible for aircraft maintenance and overhauls as Director of Operations at Triton Aviation Services, and earlier served in the same capacity as Vice President-Operations for Dalfort Aerospace, L.P. Before his executive service at Triton and Dalfort, Zimmerman provided technical expertise at Braniff International Airways. |
