SPRITE 2026-1: $495 Million Three-Tranche Aircraft ABS Successfully Priced

World Star Aviation is pleased to announce the successful pricing of its third aircraft ABS, a $495 million, three-tranche heavily oversubscribed transaction, backed predominantly by the latest generation of narrowbody freighters.

 The transaction attracted strong investor demand across all tranches for what is without a doubt a groundbreaking transaction - the first 144A cargo ABS and a number of structural features.

 With a low weighted average age and solid lease coverage, this issuance further demonstrates WSA’s ability to access capital markets efficiently while delivering innovative and high-quality structures to investors.
