An investment banker by training, Marc focuses on capital raising, transaction execution and portfolio management. During his years with firms such as Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse and Bear Stearns, Marc has executed over $10bn worth of buy-side and sell-side M&A assignments, as well as public and private equity and debt offerings.
