30 June, 2025 — World Star Aviation is proud to have played a key role in arranging and structuring the acquisition of four Airbus A319 aircraft leased to easyJet by Xiamen Aircraft Leasing (XMAL). This significant deal marks the inaugural deployment of XMAL’s newly established Irish platform, Renew Star, as part of the company’s strategic move into international markets.
The transaction was expertly structured by World Star Aviation, with KEB Hana Bank serving as the mandated senior lender. This collaboration underscores the strong partnership and shared confidence among all involved parties.
